Not satisfied with your order?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

Return label costs:
- Germany: €4.99
- Other EU countries: €5.99
After paying the return label fee, you will receive a shipping label that you can use to send your order back to us.
You can also choose to return the package with your own shipping label. If you choose this option, select “Own shipping”. In that case, you will not receive a label from us and we will not charge any return costs.
Please note:
If you decide to return the package using your own shipping label, you are responsible for ensuring safe delivery. We cannot provide assistance if the package is lost or arrives damaged. Don’t forget to register your return before sending it.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
Return conditions
Your item must meet the following requirements:
• The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
• Jewelry must not have been worn.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Refund information
You will receive a refund for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) once your return has been processed.
If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will also be refunded.
If you used a discount promotion that applies to multiple items and you return part of your order, the discount may be adjusted or voided if the conditions are no longer met.
